Dear Friends at Franklin Park Baptist,
Our journey of faith and service to God, which began 18 months ago, is coming to a close. Little did we realize the joys and sorrows we’d share together. Little did we know the conversations and laughter we’d share together. Little did we anticipate the friendships that would be forged as we tried to remain true to our God who loves us so much. Little did we realize that God’s gift of song would bind us together as a family of faith who delights in worship and service to God.
It has been a pleasure for me to share with you week after week the words of scripture and the thoughts God has placed on my heart,. It has been an honor to stand with you as you felt the joys of a wedding and the sorrow that accompanies the loss of a loved one. You’ve welcomed us into your homes and hearts and for that we will be forever grateful.
I look forward with great anticipation to what our Lord will do through us all in this new year as He brings new leadership into our midst.
